About The Position
At 5 Star Cares, every night shift is a chance to truly make a difference. We are hiring Nurses (LPN/RN) for part-time positions at the Lutz Facility. This role offers a laid-back, community-based setting with moderate acuity. You will work with a supportive team with RT & CNA assistance for charting and med pass. Enjoy 12-hour shifts plus initiative & retention bonuses. The pay is $25–$43/hour, depending on experience, years of experience, and whether you are an LPN or RN. The patient ratio is 1:6.
Requirements
- Active FL LPN or RN license
- Associate’s degree or higher
- Current BLS/CPR (AHA or Red Cross)
- Must pass AHCA Level 2 background screening & Local Law
- Reliable, compassionate team player
Nice To Haves
- Relevant experience preferred (home health, hospice, rehab, or acute care)
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care during 12-hour night shifts.
