About The Position

At 5 Star Cares, every night shift is a chance to truly make a difference. We are hiring Nurses (LPN/RN) for our Tampa Residential Facility. This is a part-time position with a patient ratio of 1:6 in a laid-back, community-based setting with moderate acuity. You will work with a supportive team with RT & CNA assistance for charting and med pass. We offer 12-hour shifts plus initiative & retention bonuses. Pay ranges from $25-$45/hour, depending on experience, years of experience, and whether you are an LPN or RN. Full-time benefits are available for those who qualify.

Requirements

• Active FL LPN or RN license
• Associate’s degree or higher
• Current BLS/CPR (AHA or Red Cross)
• Must pass AHCA Level 2 background screening & Local Law
• Reliable, compassionate team player

Nice To Haves

• Relevant experience preferred (home health, hospice, rehab, or acute care)

Responsibilities
