About The Position
At Great Oaks Landscape, our passion drives us to be leaders in the landscape industry. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Nursery Yard Associate to join our team at our Novi nursery. The Nursery Yard Associate will support the Nursery Foreman and team in maintaining an organized, clean, and healthy nursery environment while assisting with daily operations.
Requirements
- Experience operating forklifts and/or skid steers required
- Must be reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of plant materials is a plus, but not required
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist the Nursery Foreman with maintaining organization, plant health, and overall cleanliness of the nursery yard
- Load and unload plant materials for deliveries (incoming and outgoing)
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and skid steers
- Support general nursery operations as needed
