About The Position

Stauffers of Kissel Hill is hiring part-time, seasonal Nursery Team Members at its Lititz Pike Home and Garden location. The role requires open availability between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., including flexible weekend availability. Team members help provide an exceptional shopping experience while working in an outdoor environment. This is described as a short-term seasonal position with a long-term opportunity. Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers with a smile and thanking them.
Stock the sales floor.
Set and sign displays.
Assist with opening and/or closing the department.
Help keep the department clean, well organized, and well supplied.
Perform other duties as assigned based on company or department needs.
