About The Position

At Children's Academy of Education & Learning (part of the Chambliss Center for Children network), we are looking for a compassionate and dedicated early childhood educator to work in our nursery. Requirements

• At least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
• Able to pass a fingerprint background check
• Prior experience working with children in a classroom setting
• Prior infant care
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient
• Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds

Nice To Haves

• CDA (Child Development Associate)

Responsibilities

• Take care of infants in a safe and loving way
• Feed babies bottles and solid food (when ready)
• Change diapers and keep play, sleep, and changing areas clean
• Comfort babies with cuddles, songs, and gentle care
• Work with other teachers, parents, and volunteers
• Watch for any health concerns and respond as needed
