About The Position

Miner's Ace Hardware is seeking happy people who enjoy working with others and helping customers for a Full-Time Nursery Sales Associate position. This role is based at our Atascadero, CA location. We are a family-owned business operating 10 retail hardware stores on California's beautiful Central Coast, with a mission to create an innovative retail environment where customers want to shop and employees want to work.

Requirements

• Ability to report to all scheduled shifts on time and ready to work.
• Willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with the team.
• Basic math skills for operating a register.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
