IMMEDIATE NEED- Nursery Outlet Stocker
About The Position
Natorp's is seeking Annual Stockers to join our team for the Spring 2026 Season. Annual stockers will have a passion for a job well-done, maintain a good attitude, and possess the ability to handle the physical demands of working in a greenhouse! The goal is to provide service that is unexpected, intuitive, and personalized so that every visitor feels special. We aim to make every visitor passionate about Natorp’s by going one step further in offering an exceptional and memorable experience that is without equal in the gardening industry. This role also involves referring customer concerns or complaints according to established procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a greenhouse, which may get very hot in both the Spring and Fall seasons.
- This position is physical in nature.
- A considerable amount of walking, bending, standing, and lifting is typical.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.+
Responsibilities
- Assist with the stocking of outlet ready annual plants.
- Maintain proper watering of annual plants daily.
- Restock plants when necessary.
- Maintain clean, properly labeled retail stock by deadheading and pruning when necessary and/or directed to do so.
- Refer customer concerns or complaints according to established procedures.
