Requirements

• Previous experience in a nursery yard and/or horticulture degree

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a horticultural or landscape field
• Annual or greenhouse experience desirable

Responsibilities

• Taking deliveries
• Staging outbound plant shipments
• Dig and bag trees from our nursery
• Care for green stock all over our 80-acre corporate nursery in Germantown, WI
• Using heavy landscape equipment such as skid loaders, mini excavators and wheel loaders
• Snow removal (during winter for full-time positions)
• Training (during winter for full-time positions)
• Complete maintenance projects (during winter for full-time positions)
