NURSERY ATTENDANT
About The Position
The Nursery Attendant attends to, play and supervise children and their activities, ages 8 weeks to 14 years. Enforce the children's sick policy and other children's policies while utilizing the nursery. Ensures children's safety and well-being in the nursery and playland areas at all times. Maintains cleanliness and organization of the nursery, including the bathroom and play areas. Monitors children continuously and responds appropriately to their needs. Contacts parents when necessary, including when diaper changes are required. Ensures toys, books, and equipment are safe and appropriate for use. Follows and enforces all club policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of high school education required.
- Work permit required if under 18 years of age.
- None required.
- AHA BLS-HCP certification (adult and infant/child) required.
- Strong communication skills.
