About The Position
Augusta Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Part Time LPN or RN to join our NOC Shift team! As a nurse at Augusta Health & Rehabilitation, you will play an important role in providing quality care, supporting our residents' health and well-being, and collaborating with a team that values compassion, teamwork, and respect.
Requirements
- Current Wisconsin LPN or RN license
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
- Compassionate approach when caring for others
- Ability to work independently while remaining part of a supportive healthcare team
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor, assess, and document changes in residents' conditions
- Communicate resident needs and changes with physicians, families, and the healthcare team
- Provide guidance and support to nursing assistants and other team members
- Complete required documentation accurately and timely
- Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life
