Requirements
- Current, valid RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio.
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to care for others.
- Dependability and commitment to providing excellent resident care.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term care or post-acute care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
- Document nursing care accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records.
- Collaborate with STNAs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent resident care.
- Respond to resident needs and emergencies throughout the night.
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and comfort at all times.
