We're currently looking for a caring and dependable nurse to join our local, dedicated team to help us fulfill our mission of keeping seniors where they want to be - home. Requirements
- Current Nursing License valid in South Dakota (Both LPNs and RNs are welcome to apply)
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client's homes throughout the Black Hills
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in clients’ homes (e.g., medication administration and management, wound care, health assessments)
- Support clients’ emotional and physical well-being through genuine connection
- Maintain clear documentation and communicate updates to the care team
- Educate families and clients on health conditions and self-care practices
- Work alongside other Care Pros to maintain safety and comfort for those who need it
