About The Position
Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for a compassionate and dependable Nurse Tech to join our Hillcrest Health & Rehab team in Bellevue. As a Nurse Tech, you’ll be an important part of each resident and guest’s day—providing hands-on care, encouragement, and support while helping them maintain as much independence as possible. Whether someone is with us for short-term rehabilitation or calls Hillcrest home for long-term care, you’ll have the opportunity to get to know the people you care for and make a meaningful difference through the little things you do every day. Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on care, encouragement, and support to residents and guests.
- Help residents maintain as much independence as possible.
- Work alongside nurses and other care team members to provide compassionate, personalized care.
- Help someone maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.
- Work closely with residents, guests, nurses, therapists, and other team members to create a supportive care experience.
