About The Position
Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Nurse Tech/Medication Aide to join our team at Hillcrest Health & Rehab in Bellevue, NE. Hillcrest Health & Rehab is a skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, and long-term care facility serving aging adults in Bellevue. The community provides short-term rehab, long-term care, and senior services in a warm, supportive setting, with a focus on high-quality care and helping residents and guests regain independence, comfort, and quality of life.
Requirements
- Completion of the 40-hour Medication Aide class
- A compassionate, dependable team member who enjoys caring for others
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Nice To Haves
- Experience working with the elderly providing personal care services in a long-term care, post-acute, hospital, or similar setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide quality personal care and daily living support for residents and guests
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, hygiene, and other personal care needs
- Support residents and guests with meals, dining, and daily routines
- Help residents and guests feel safe, comfortable, respected, and cared for
- Communicate resident or guest needs and changes with nurses and care team members
- Follow care plans, safety standards, and infection control procedures
- Assist with documentation and resident support as directed
- Build positive relationships with residents, guests, families, and team members
