As a Nursing Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: managing the nursing service, ensuring the highest quality care is being provided to patients, and assigning staff to the appropriate clinical area based on their skill mix. Position: Nurse Supervisor Shift: Per Diem, Night Shift 36 hours per 6 weeks of the scheduling period. Weekend and holiday rotational based on department need, determined by Manager.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years clinical RN experience required, Nursing leadership experience preferred
Graduate of accredited school of Nursing.
BSN Required.
PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.

Nice To Haves

Prior Management, Supervisor, Charge, Coordinator or other related leadership experience is preferred.
MSN or other related graduate degree preferred.
Certification in specialty area is preferred.
