Nurse Supervisor- Assisted Living
About The Position
The nurse supervisor must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN). They will assist in planning, organizing and directing nursing service. Control and evaluation of nursing service in order to meet the total nursing needs of the resident and maintain a quality of service that will fulfill the objective of the nursing home, and be in accordance with the policies set forth by the nursing home. Supervise care and management of shift. Plan and participate in in-service training and orientation programs. Coordinate the care planning program. This is a full-time position with an AM Shift and on-call responsibilities. The role is salaried with benefits, offering $92k-110k based on experience. An active RN license is required. We are looking for individuals passionate about working with older adults, who enjoy taking initiative, and are interested in providing holistic care.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Wisconsin.
- Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
- Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred.
