About The Position
Central Regional Hospital is currently recruiting for a Nurse Supervisor II to function as a Clinical Nurse Manager on AAU A2. The Clinical Nurse Manager has 24-hour responsibility for assuring the efficient and effective delivery of quality psychiatric and medical nursing care for first shift on AAU A2. Provides clinical oversight of professional, vocational nurses and Healthcare Technicians. Coordinates activities between defined areas, provides clinical-level input into treatment team and other clinical based decisions.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of North Carolina
- Three years of nursing experience, including one year of experience in a Nurse Supervisor capacity.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate nursing care of patient care area.
- Ensure assigned staff receive pertinent information to perform their duties adequately, timely, and accurately.
- Create work schedules and generate staffing reports (using hard copy and electronic methods).
