About The Position

Friendship Village is seeking a full-time 2nd shift RN or LPN to join our family in our Wellspring Living skilled care unit. This role involves providing personalized care to residents, enhancing their physical, mental, and spiritual health. The position is in a modern building with a home environment, featuring private rooms and shared living/dining areas. We pride ourselves on having the lowest resident-to-staff ratios in the Cedar Valley and being an agency-free community to ensure exceptional resident service. Requirements

Valid license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Pass pre-employment screenings including criminal background checks, abuse registry check, drug test, physical, and TB test.

Responsibilities

Perform physical assessments including vital signs.
Administer medications.
Assist with the day-to-day care of residents.
Supervise CNAs.
