About The Position
HeartWell Services, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in providing individualized person-centered support in the area of intellectual and developmental disabilities. This field focuses on inclusion and building communities that encourage all to thrive and fully participate in everything our community has to offer. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centered care to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position is responsible for providing medical oversight, training, and counseling for various medical diagnoses and monitoring and coordinating health care services for individuals in residential and community-based settings. In this position, you are mainly office-based with travel (within the city limits and surrounding areas) necessary for on-site assessments, team meetings, and appointments (no overnight or out-of-state travel is required). Requirements
- Registered Nurse with New Mexico licensure in good standing
- Effective communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Valid driver's license
- Daily access to a privately maintained, registered and insured vehicle
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including background, drug, and driving clearances and verifications
- Current Nursing licensure
- Current and Valid Driver’s License
- Safe, currently insured/registered vehicle
- Pass drug, driving, and background checks

- Intellectual and developmental disability experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide medical oversight, training, and counseling for various medical diagnoses.
- Monitor and coordinate health care services for individuals in residential and community-based settings.
- Conduct on-site assessments, attend team meetings, and accompany individuals to appointments.
- Participate in the nursing on-call rotation.
