Avenues Recovery Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Nurses (RN) to join our team in Dublin, NH. Whether you're experienced in behavioral health, detox, med-surg, corrections, LTC, or simply looking for more meaningful patient care, we welcome your application. Requirements
- Current RN licensure necessary to practice in-state, or compact licensure with multistate privileges
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, efficient worker with ability to multitask
- Compassionate, dignified character which models recovery principles
Nice To Haves
- Experienced in behavioral health, detox, med-surg, corrections, LTC
Responsibilities
- Provide quality medical care for each client throughout admission, treatment and discharge
- Coordinate all pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication, and keep clear med logs
- Collaborate with extended medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure total coordination of care
- Maintain meticulous medical documentation, tracking and reporting for each client
- Provide patient education in individual and group settings
