Caring Nurse for 1st/2nd Shift at St. Luke's Hospital Transitional Care Center - Week days only! Are you a dedicated and compassionate nurse looking to make a difference in the lives of patients at St. Luke's Hospital Transitional Care Center in Cedar Rapids, IA? We are currently seeking a caring nurse for 1st/2nd shift to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents.
Requirements
- A current RN or LPN license in the state of Iowa
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a skilled nursing facility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for caring for others
Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality nursing care to patients in our Transitional Care Center
- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
- Ensuring the safety and comfort of patients at all times
