The Courville at Nashua is a locally owned and operated Senior Healthcare Community in Nashua, NH, committed to providing personalized service and care. We are looking for experienced Nurses for SNF/Rehab and Float positions. Our nurses are an important part of everything we do, whether caring for someone during a short-term rehabilitation stay or building lasting relationships with our long-term care residents and their families. Requirements
- Experienced LPN or RN.
- Skilled/Rehab experience.
- Experience using Point Click Care (PCC).
- IV experience.
- STR and LTC experience (for Float position).
- Must be comfortable working on both skilled rehab unit and LTC units (for Float position).
- Pay rate based on license and experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Rehabilitation setting.
- Float between skilled rehab unit and LTC units as needed.
- Build lasting relationships with long-term care residents and their families.
- Care for individuals during short-term rehabilitation stays.
Benefits
- $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
- +$2/hr Shift Diff M-F
- +$6/hr Shift Diff S/S
- NH licensing fees paid for out-of-state applicants
