About The Position

We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Healthcare team on 1st shift. These positions provide nursing support in our Assisted Living and Rehab areas, with a strong focus on clinical excellence and resident-centered care.

Requirements

• Current North Carolina RN or LPN license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Candidates should possess strong assessment and critical thinking skills, excellent communication and documentation abilities, and a passion for working with older adults.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in assisted living, rehab, skilled nursing, or long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and oversight to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
• Respond to resident needs, incidents, and emergencies.
• Collaborate with CNAs and other care staff to ensure quality outcomes.
• Support infection control and safety standards.
