Requirements
- Active Indiana LPN or RN license (Required)
- Ability to work independently and lead during night shift
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- A genuine passion for caring for seniors
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on patient care and build meaningful resident relationships
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition
- Supervise CNAs and support team success
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning
- Ensure safety and infection control standards are met
