About The Position

The 2026 Fall Nurse Resident Program at Winchester Hospital, a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is designed to support new graduate nurses and those transitioning into a specialty area. Requirements

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a board-approved program.
Completion of all clinical rotations and eligibility to sit for the RN registration exam (NCLEX).
Basic Life Support Certificate from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Availability to work 36 hours a week (Nights), including three 12-hour shifts with weekend and holiday rotation.
Ability to attend all mandatory classroom sessions.
Less than one year of nursing experience.
