Nurse Resident - Medicine Unit and Intermediate Care
About The Position
Baystate Health, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare quality and safety, and home to Baystate Noble Hospital is looking for December Nurse Graduates to join the team! This is an inpatient acute care unit: a 31-bed inpatient acute care unit offering comprehensive care for a variety of patient needs and acuity, including medical/surgical, telemetry, and intermediate care. The Nurse Residency program runs in tandem with your RN position here at Baystate Noble with the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry and IMC team. This inpatient acute care unit is the largest unit in the hospital and has the capability to care for a broad spectrum of patient acuity. You will be hired as a Registered Nurse, offered a competitive nursing rate and after orientation, will assume responsibility for the patient's plan of care.
Requirements
- MA Registered Nurse License
- American Heart Association BLS CPR (can be obtained after offer)
- Diploma in Nursing
