About Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC) For over 100 years, ORMC has been a cornerstone of advanced surgical, medical, rehabilitative, and emergency care in Central Florida. As the region's only Level 1 Trauma Center, we are dedicated to meeting the growing healthcare needs of the community. Responsibilities: Administer patient care for acute injuries, illnesses, medical conditions, or post-intervention in an inpatient/observation setting. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including physicians, social workers, case management, physical and occupational therapists, respiratory therapists, dieticians, spiritual care, and pharmacists. Complete all mandatory, developmental, and performance competency requirements for Orlando Health and the unit. Education/Training: Graduate of an accredited nursing school. Licensure/Certification: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida or a valid Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) multistate RN license. Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification. ACLS, NRP, PALS, and TNCC certifications may be required based on specific unit needs. Experience: No prior experience required.
