About The Position

BAYADA is seeking nurses for their Nurse Residency Program, which focuses on providing one-on-one patient care in home settings. This program is designed to help new nurses learn, grow, and succeed in their careers. The program is accredited by the ANCC's Commission on Accreditation, making it unique in home care for new graduates. Nurses will have the opportunity to care for patients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.
• Full-time commitment to the program.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care.
• Utilize electronic charting with Statewise.
• Engage in in-depth paid training from day one.
• Work with adult and pediatric patients.
• Communicate with clinical managers for support.
