About The Position

BAYADA is offering a Nurse Residency Program for new RN graduates. This program aims to help nurses flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their careers. The program provides one-on-one patient care, paid time off, weekly pay, and electronic charting. New graduates receive in-depth paid training from day one, access to award-winning adult and pediatric simulation labs, and cases throughout New Castle County. Clinical Managers offer around-the-clock support to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. BAYADA cares for patients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, allowing nurses to explore their interests. The Nurse Residency Program is accredited by the ANCC, and as a non-profit organization, BAYADA prioritizes quality care. Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified accredited/approved nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care.
• Utilize electronic charting via Statewise.
• Participate in in-depth paid training.
• Engage with adult and pediatric simulation labs.
• Manage cases throughout New Castle County.
• Receive around-the-clock clinical support.
