About The Position

Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for opportunities in the Joplin/Springfield, Missouri area. Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of full-time experience (as a NP or PA) in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting.
• Experience in treating both pediatric and adult patient populations.
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.).
• Comfortable with preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays.
• Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification.
• Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification (AANC or AANP).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in state-of-the-art centers.
• Treat both pediatric and adult patient populations.
• Perform minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.).
• Provide preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays.
