Nurse Practitioner
About The Position
The Nurse Practitioner delivers aesthetic treatments and personalized client care at Sev Skin. The role includes conducting consultations, performing laser hair removal and other assigned aesthetic treatments, educating clients about treatment plans and care, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation while following safety, infection-control, and regulatory requirements. The Nurse Practitioner helps create a welcoming client experience through education, communication, personalized recommendations, and support for rebooking, treatment-plan completion, conversion, and retention. The role also partners with reception and studio and clinical leadership, maintains clean and treatment-ready rooms, participates in training and studio initiatives, and promptly communicates client, equipment, treatment, or safety concerns. Shifts may be up to 10 hours, and full-time providers may work up to 40 hours per week. Open availability is required, including weekends, with at least two Saturdays per month. Sunday, evening, and holiday availability may be needed based on studio hours and business needs. The role may also require coverage at the Southcenter studio.
Requirements
- An active Nurse Practitioner license in Washington that meets applicable state requirements.
- Knowledge of laser treatments, skin types, hair-growth cycles, and safety protocols.
- Strong communication and client-service skills.
- Confidence educating clients and recommending personalized treatment plans.
- A positive attitude and openness to coaching and continued learning.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Open availability to be scheduled any day of the week.
- Weekend availability, including at least two Saturdays per month.
- Willingness to cover the Southcenter studio as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Prior aesthetics, laser, skincare, or consultative sales experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities

- Create a warm, welcoming, and high-energy experience during every visit.
- Address client questions and concerns professionally and carefully.
- Partner with reception, studio leadership, and clinical leadership to keep each day running smoothly.
- Maintain clean, organized, and treatment-ready rooms.
- Participate in training, coaching, promotions, and studio initiatives.
- Promptly communicate client, equipment, treatment, or safety concerns.
- Provide coverage at the Southcenter studio as needed.
