About The Position

We are seeking Nurse Practitioners for a flexible PRN 1099 role completing in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. This is an autonomous, field-based opportunity for clinicians seeking supplemental income without the responsibilities of prescribing, on-call duties, or follow-up care. The role involves completing HRAs, reviewing medical history, medications, lifestyle, and social factors, performing basic physical and mental health evaluations, providing preventive care education, and documenting visits using a company-provided iPad/EMR platform.

Requirements

Active NP license required
No PAs
Specialties accepted except Pediatrics, PMHNP, and Women’s Health
Providers must have reliable personal transportation
Willing to travel locally across multiple counties
Able to start ASAP if selected
Maryland Medicare/Medicaid enrollment is strongly preferred and, if not already in place, must be completed during credentialing.
