Nurse Practitioner - Per Diem
About The Position

We're seeking a Nurse Practitioner able to work Per Diem with Salud Family Health in Fort Morgan, CO. At Salud, our Nurse Practitioners approach their tasks in a team-based care fashion that supports patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change. As a Nurse Practitioner at Salud, you will perform routine clinic operations, take histories, and make physical assessments, all the while adhering to the spirit of the SALUD mission statement.
Requirements
- Must have graduated or be graduating from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Must be board certified
- Possess an unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in good standing in the State of Colorado
Nice To Haves
- The ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred
- 3 years of experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant preferred
