Requirements
- Active South Carolina Nurse Practitioner License
- Interest in regenerative medicine, orthopedics, pain management, or functional medicine
- Passion for helping patients improve function, mobility, and quality of life
Nice To Haves
- Experience with injections preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform new patient evaluations and follow-up visits
- Review medical history, imaging, and diagnostic studies
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform trigger point injections and joint injections
- Assist with regenerative medicine procedures
- Administer IV nutritional therapies and NAD+ infusions
- Provide hormone optimization and wellness consultations
- Educate patients on treatment options and lifestyle recommendations
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and charting
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary providers
