We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in evaluating, diagnosing, and managing a wide range of sleep disorders. You’ll work closely with our board-certified sleep physicians, sleep technologists, and support staff to help patients achieve better sleep and overall wellness.

Requirements

Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Arizona (or eligible for licensure).
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
A collaborative team player who thrives in a multidisciplinary setting.

Nice To Haves

Experience in sleep medicine is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and sleep-focused evaluations.
Interpret sleep studies such as polysomnography and home sleep apnea tests to inform clinical decisions.
Work alongside physicians to develop accurate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.
Initiate and manage therapies, prescribe medications, and educate patients on sleep hygiene and lifestyle changes.
Provide follow-up care, adjust treatments as needed, and coordinate referrals while maintaining thorough documentation.
Deliver empathetic, individualized care and support patients and their families throughout their treatment journey.
