About The Position

Health Services, Inc. is seeking two dedicated and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners (CRNP) to join our clinical team in Montgomery, AL. We have an immediate opening in our Adult Primary Care Clinic. As a CRNP at Health Services, Inc., you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care. You will work within a collaborative environment to manage acute and chronic conditions, promote wellness, and improve health outcomes for the River Region community.

Requirements

Current, unrestricted license to practice as a CRNP in the State of Alabama.
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR).

Nice To Haves

Board certification in your specialty (AGNP/FNP for Adult Clinic) preferred.
Previous experience in an outpatient or community health setting is preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
AthenaHealth is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct physical assessments, diagnose, and treat common acute illnesses and injuries.
Monitor and manage long-term health conditions (e.g., hypertension/diabetes for Adults).
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, administer vaccinations, and perform wellness exams (Annual Physicals).
Counsel patients and families on nutrition, preventative care, and prescribed treatment plans.
Work alongside physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient flow and integrated care.
