This role is for a Nurse Practitioner to deliver Neko's preventive-care model to members in New York — using advanced, non-invasive technology and clinical expertise to identify health risks early and translate findings into action plans that genuinely change what a member does next. This is a deeply collaborative role at the intersection of clinical excellence, member experience, and a conviction that catching things early changes lives. You'll practice with autonomous scope where appropriate, partner closely with Physicians for escalation and collaborative review, and work alongside Operators and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless, insight-driven member experience.

Requirements

Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license.
National board certification (ANCC or AANP) in good standing.
At least 1+ year of post graduate experience.
Recent outpatient experience required (at least a year in the past 5 years).
Comfort working in a tech-forward, fast-moving clinical environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive preventive health screenings using Neko's high-resolution skin imaging, cardiovascular assessments, and AI-powered decision support, ensuring consistent quality across every member visit.
Create personalized, action-oriented health plans from screening data, translating them into next steps the member actually takes, measured by member follow-through and downstream outcomes.
Educate members on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies, ensuring the information lands effectively, measured by how the member felt about the consultation, not just the clinical findings.
Perform clear, timely escalation to Physicians on findings that warrant physician-level review, strengthening continuity of care and clinical quality across the clinic.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operators, Physicians, and care teams to improve continuity of care and the end-to-end member experience.
