Requirements
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license (state-specific)
- ANCC or AANP Board Certification
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel consistently to facilities located throughout Philadelphia, PA.
Nice To Haves
- 1+ years of experience in advanced wound care highly preferred
- Wound care certification (CWOCN, CWS, WOCN, WCC)
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of chronic and acute wounds.
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Apply advanced techniques such as debridement, dressing selection, skin grafts, and infection control.
- Partner with facility healthcare teams to coordinate care plans and treatment updates.
- Ensure continuity of care through consistent communication and collaboration.
- Manage a travel schedule visiting multiple facilities weekly.
- Ensure timely and efficient care delivery with professionalism and compassion.
