About The Position

Saratoga Medical is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide reproductive health and family planning services in a clinical setting. The selected candidate will perform patient assessments, gynecological examinations, contraceptive management, STI screenings, treatment planning, patient education, and other related healthcare services while maintaining accurate electronic health records.

Requirements

• Current Arizona Nurse Practitioner License
• Prescribing and Dispensing Authority in Arizona
• Current CPR Certification
• AHCCCS/CAQH Credentialing (or eligible within 6 months)
• Current Hepatitis B and MMR Immunization Records
• TB Test completed within the last 12 months
• Arizona DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Ability to pass a 7-year Criminal Background Check
• Must reside in Pinal County, Phoenix Metro Area, or Tucson Metro Area, Arizona

Responsibilities

• Provide reproductive health and family planning services
• Perform gynecological, breast, and pelvic examinations
• Conduct STI and cervical cancer screenings
• Manage contraceptive care including IUD and implant procedures
• Interpret laboratory results and develop treatment plans
• Provide patient education and referrals as needed
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation
• Participate in quality assurance and clinical support activities
