About The Position
This Nurse Practitioner (NP) position will provide support to the Breast Care Clinic as an educator, advocate and care provider and is responsible for the care, treatment, and well-being of patients followed in the Breast Care Clinic. Specific job duties will be reviewed annually based on volume and practice needs. The NP in the Breast Care Clinic provides job functions with a focus on breast disease including both malignant and benign breast conditions, breast-health issues, and survivorship and will work closely with the Cancer Center Medical Oncology practices, including satellite clinics, to provide comprehensive patient care. The APP will participate in projects, programs and other activities to support clinical practice and practice operations.
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) position
- Must have experience in Breast Care Clinic
- Must have experience with malignant and benign breast conditions
- Must have experience with breast-health issues
- Must have experience with survivorship
- Must be able to work closely with Cancer Center Medical Oncology practices
- Must be able to work in satellite clinics
- Must be able to provide comprehensive patient care
- Must be able to participate in projects, programs and other activities to support clinical practice and practice operations.
