About The Position
The NP provides general medical care and treatment to patients in a medical facility such as a clinic, health center, or public health agency, under the direction of a Physician. Responsible for in-house nursing facility visits to hospice patients for the purpose of conducting the face-to-face 60-day recertification encounter.
Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas
- 1+ years experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to travel is a must
- Clean background, drug screen, and driving record
Nice To Haves
- Experience with hospice preferred
