About The Position

This is an opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to start their own independent practice, either in primary care or mental health, with full support from Kinstead Health. Kinstead Health partners with NPs to launch their practices, handling all the backend operations so the NP can focus on patient care and building long-term relationships. The NP will own their practice and have the flexibility to create a schedule and model that works for their life, while Kinstead handles insurance credentialing, billing, EHR setup, virtual front desk, scheduling, legal, compliance, marketing, and local growth support.

Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (FNP, PMHNP, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• 2+ years of prior experience as a Registered Nurse
• Strong ties to your local community (patients, schools, organizations, referral networks)
• A genuine desire to serve your community and build something meaningful locally
