About The Position

Blueberry is on a mission to make high quality pediatric care available to everyone. In this role, you will join a wonderful community of physicians who are fueled by that mission and have the opportunity to help build our inaugural team of nurse practitioners. Requirements

• Board certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
• Significant pediatric clinical experience.
• Active license in at least one state.
• Responsible and self-motivated.
• Uphold Blueberry’s values: committed to ensuring every parent has a great experience and every child gets great care.
• Empathetic, with the ability to make parents feel heard and understood.
• Person of integrity, practicing evidence-based medicine and not prescribing solely to satisfy parents.
• Minimum 3-year commitment from the date of the last license issuance.

Responsibilities

• Practice high-quality, evidence-based medicine.
• Shape the future of pediatric telehealth.
• Collaborate with other medical staff and customer support to ensure holistic patient care.
• Contribute during surge times, marketing efforts, and other opportunities for extra income.
• Work 1 of 3 major holidays on a rotating basis (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day).
• Split required hours over 2-3 minor holidays.
