We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to step into an existing, high-demand role. This position offers a consistent weekly schedule with a mix of weekday hours and limited weekend coverage. The role is fully focused on outpatient pediatrics, allowing providers to build relationships and maintain continuity of care without hospital responsibilities. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced setting, and excited about building meaningful connections with patients and families.
Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of Georgia (or ability to obtain)
- Mid-level to experienced pediatric background preferred
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Comfortable stepping into an established patient flow
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care to infants, children, and adolescents
- Build strong, long-term relationships with patients and families
- Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR
- Participate in a light, rotating weekend schedule
