About The Position

Kinstead Health partners with experienced nurse practitioners to launch their own independent practices, with full support behind the scenes. This is an opportunity to start your own practice (primary care or mental health), care for patients in your community your way, build long-term relationships, and create a schedule and model that works for your life. You own your practice, and Kinstead handles the rest, including insurance credentialing, payer contracting, billing, coding, revenue cycle management, EHR setup and support, virtual front desk, scheduling, intake, operations, legal, compliance, business setup, and marketing tools.

Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (FNP, PMHNP, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• 2+ years of prior experience as a Registered Nurse
• Strong ties to your local community (patients, schools, organizations, referral networks)
• A genuine desire to serve your community and build something meaningful locally
