You will support patients through complex and emotionally sensitive treatment journeys, and ensure patients understand medication administration and monitoring schedules. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and embryology lab staff to coordinate patient treatment cycles, and review laboratory and ultrasound results and communicate updates to patients. You will document patient encounters and treatment plans in the electronic medical record, and participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and treatment planning.
