Requirements

Active Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Colorado
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Nice To Haves

DEA license
Previous insurance credentialing experience
Orthopedic, sports medicine, pain management, or physical medicine experience
Experience performing joint injections
Ultrasound-guided injection experience
Interest or experience in regenerative medicine

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations and examinations
Perform patient re-evaluations and progress assessments
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Prescribe physical therapy and rehabilitative services
Prescribe and dispense durable medical equipment (DME)
Perform trigger point injections
Perform joint injections, including PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) procedures
Administer and manage regenerative medicine treatments, including human cellular tissue products
Coordinate care with chiropractic and rehabilitation providers
Manage medical weight loss programs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Educate patients regarding treatment options and ongoing care
