About The Position

ExpressCare Urgent Care Centers, a LifeBridge Health Partner, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for its Salisbury, Maryland location. The organization currently has 32 locations and plans to open more. Urgent care is the focus: providers evaluate and treat a wide range of non-emergent medical conditions, treat minor trauma, and perform minor procedures.

Requirements

• Must be able to see and treat patients of all ages.
• Must be able to perform minor procedures, including suturing, incision and drainage of abscesses and paronychias, and foreign body removal.
• Must be familiar with management of minor fractures and dislocations.
• Should be able to perform basic EKG and X-ray interpretation.
• Should be able to multitask and manage time well.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and 13–14-hour shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Urgent Care, Family Practice, or Emergency Medicine experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
