About the Job: We’re looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative team at LG&E-KU Energy, Occupational Health, and Primary Care offices, as well as onsite services at LG&E Plant Clinic Locations. You’ll focus on early intervention, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness in a setting that values quality over volume. T his opportunity is a full-time, benefit-eligible position, providing direct patient care in a health care setting in Louisville, KY.

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted FNP license in the practicing state.
  • Board certification as an FNP.
  • DEA registration.
  • 2+ years of primary care experience preferred.
  • Experience treating patients ages 2+.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality.
  • Ability to pass on-site credentialing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide both in-person and virtual visits to increase access and continuity of care.
  • Prescribe medications and develop personalized health plans with your patients.
  • Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and lifestyle management.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, and other clinicians.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.
