About The Position
This is a part-time, 1099 contract position for a Nurse Practitioner to conduct one-time assessments for Veterans to aid in their disability claim process. The role offers a low-stress setting with a guaranteed income and built-in support, allowing clinicians to make a meaningful impact serving Veterans. The organization is provider-led and prioritizes clinicians. Technology, training, and clinical support are fully provided. This role does not involve treatments, procedures, diagnosing, prescribing, billing, or disability percentage calculations. Scheduling is managed, and walk-ins are not permitted. There are no nights, weekends, or holidays required.
Requirements
- Must be a Nurse Practitioner.
- Ability to review records and complete assessments electronically.
- Willingness to work one day per week.
- New graduates or experienced providers are welcome.
Responsibilities

- See 1-6 Veterans per day in a low-stress setting.
